EQUIPMENTS AND WEIGHBRIDGE FACILITIES

• ICD SANAND & ICD JODHPUR are equipped with adequate number of Kalmar and Reachstackers to handle empty and loaded containers , 24X 7 , 365 days .
• 7 Kalmars and 5 Hydra at Sanand while 3 Kalmars and 2 Hydra at Jodhpur are always available
• 11+6 Forklifts of 3 MT and 5 MT capacity available at both ICDS to handle cargoes  in pallets, drums , jumbo bags etc.
• Battery operated Forklifts also available , which were recently inducted .
• Special Forklifts equipped at both ICDS to handle Newsprint in Rolls,
• Small Hydra Cranes are available to handle heavy machinery , granite slabs , marbles to capacity 20 MT
• P & H Crane are also available to cargo capacities more than 20 MT to the extent of 75 MT at Sanand & Jodhpur
• 100 MT  and 80 MT capacity weighbridge installed  to facilitate weighing during receipts and despatches of cargoes/containers , reducing traffic congestion .
• Real time data of weight of cargo/container readily available as it is integrated with ERP which eases movement of empty trailers , once cargo/containers are offloaded .
• Working 24 X 7 in shifts
