FACTORY STUFFING

• Is defined when export cargo stuffed in Container at Shippers factory premises with valid Customs permission and is Customs cleared  from  ICD’s.
• These empty containers can be booked in advance for arranging Local Transportation by HPCSL from & to ICD/Other pick up location to Shippers factory by sending booking from Shipping Line .
• Basis of confirmed booking , valid Delivery Order from Shipping Line is obtained with empty pick up location .
• There is no separate self sealing permission required to obtain from Customs covered under same Commissionerate  if exporter wishes to clear from Thar Terminals .
