HPCSL has established who ICDS in India at strategic locations in Gujarat and in Rajasthan . One at Sanand is near Ahmedabad and other at Jodhpur in Rajathan on Barmer road .The locations are well connected to the city by ring roads and on to National Highway . ICD Sanand has extra edge on locale as it is connected to proposed DFC corridor which is duly constructed by HPCSL. Both ICDS cater to nearest Gateway Ports of Mundra, Pipavav in Gujarat.

The ICDS both at Sanand and Jodhpur are commensurating with the needs and demands of the trade with our augmented fleet of + 175 trailers for EXIM movements to and from Gateway ports by both Road and Rail , Unlike CONCOR , which primarily moves containers by RAIL . Secondly we provide 24 X 7 services supported by dedicated response team which are available to answer to any customer querries and updates shipment information regularly.

The company has always improved upon infrastructure suited to customer needs post GST , where in at both locations domestic and public bonded warehouses are constructed , there by customer can avail short as well as long storage’s at affordable costs . The tariff as displayed in website

2 Lac Sq Ft – at ICD SANAND ; 1 Lac Sq Ft – ICD JODHPUR.

All MLO have included both our ICDS names in Port of Destination in Bill of Lading .Further we have are been approved by Indian Customs and comply to Indian Customs Norms and have been defined by EDI Codes for each location.

We are custodians of cargo and containers  . Thus question doesn’t arise . However on average the CHA and Freight Forwarders appointed  by Exporters /Importers  require maximum 2 working days in case of exports and  3 working days maximum for imports clearance.

At Sanand ICD , the export movements takes maximum 18-20 hours to reach port by rail when dispatched , where as by road it takes maximum 12-14 hours .At Jodhpur , the export movements takes maximum 24 to 32 hours to reach ports by rail when dispatched , where as by road it takes maximum 20 to 22 hours hours

All our fleet is equipped with GPS devices , which gives tracking of containers 24 X 7 for road movements and in case of Rail movements our dedicated rail operations team coordinates with Indian Railways for the status of rakes

The customers are requested to open PD account and the payment can be made by Cheque /CASH /NEFT /RTGS /UPI by credit card /debit card soon it is gated out from ICD PREMISES per shipping bill or per bill of entry

ICD has in house offices of main surveyor offices of all MLOS , In additional ICD also has appointed our own surveyor to inspect containers on behalf of customer
