HPCSL, The Thar Dry Port had organised a Blood Donation Camp. Our employees contributed in saving a life by Donating Blood at this camp led by 'Prathma', a leading blood bank. Through this initiative, we will be able to help the Thalassemia patients who need blood at regular intervals.

Thar Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Government of Rajasthan on 8th December 2021 to help promote the modernization of Rajasthan’s infrastructure and manufacturing prowess. Thar Group signed two MOUs in total, one under M/s Hasti Petro Chemical & Shipping Limited for developing a multimodal logistic hub and the second MOU under M/s Thar Biofuel and Distilleries Pvt. Ltd. to set up a manufacturing plant for ethanol. The MOUs were signed at an investors’ meet, ‘Invest Rajasthan 2022’ summit on 8th December 2021, Wednesday, organized by the Rajasthan Government in Gujarat. Total agreements worth Rs 1.05 lakh crore marking a new beginning of trade and manufacturing were signed in the event. Managing Director of “The Thar Group”, Mr. Ruchir Parekh, signed two MOUs. The 1st MOU was of M/s Hasti Petro Chemical & Shipping Limited stated that the investor is inter alia in the development of Multimodal Logistic Hub in the two districts of Rajasthan one at Jodhpur and another at Jaipur. The investor has planned the investment of about Rs. 140 Cr. for both the projects. M/s Hasti Petro Chemical & Shipping Limited has planned to develop the Two Multimodal Logistic Hub on land area 50 Acre for each project; first at Village Sarecha, Near Hanwant Railway Station, Jodhpur and second project at   Village  Hirnoda, Tehshii -Phulera, District Jaipur in Rajasthan. The multimodal logistic hubs will accelerate the physical and social developments of the State by generating employment and providing other spin-off benefits to the economy. The 2nd MOU of M/s Thar Biofuel and Distilleries Pvt Ltd. comprised an investment of Rs 220 crores for setting up a plant to manufacture Ethanol from grains. This plant envisages giving employment to around 200 persons. The Thar Group, a leading and diversified conglomerate started in 1987 under the able guidance of Chairman Mr. Ramesh Parekh. Mr. Parsadi Lal Meena, Health and Excise minister, Rajasthan government who oversaw the MoU signing ceremony for 40 projects, expressed happiness over the enhanced co-operation and synergy between the state and industrialists as the total investments crossed Rs. 1 lakh crore, which included 12 MOUs worth Rs 41,590 crore and LoIs (Letter of Intent) worth Rs 64,110 crore.
